Camp Rentals at Lake Allatoona

Reservations

All groups require a minimum of 150 participants. If your group has less than 150, you are responsible to pay for 150 participants at the current rate.

Rate

$130/person which covers the cost of the use of facilities, staffing for activities, meals, and cleaning fees. 

Deposit

A nonrefundable deposit of 10% of the estimated retreat total must be paid within three weeks of the contract issue date. In the event that a retreat is cancelled the deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations inside of 90 days please see our cancellation policy below. 

Payments

We only accept checks as payment. Please make checks payable to YMCA Camp High Harbour. Payment schedule is as follows:

Upon contract agreement - 10% of total balance is due (10% paid)

60 Days prior to event - 50% of total balance is due (50% paid) 

14 Days prior to event - 100% of total balance is due (75% paid)

Changes

Because YMCA Camp High Harbour must order food and supplies in advance, any changes to the number of guests must be made at least two weeks prior to your arrival date. Any unscheduled or late changes will result in your group being charged for either the contracted number of guests or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater.

Cancellations

The deposit used to hold the date for your group and is nonrefundable. Less than 30 days in advance, the group will be responsible for 50% of the contract amount. Less than 14 days in advance, the group will be responsible for 100% of the contract amount.

All cabins are professionally cleaned before your arrival. Our cabins offer bunk beds that sleep 14-20 people for a total of 256 available beds. Every cabin is equipped with heating and air conditioning and features 2 full bathrooms. All of the cabins have porches that offer beautiful views and fun spots to hang out.

John E. Smith Chapel

Our chapel can seat 200 people comfortable in chairs. It features three projecting screens, and a full AV system equipped with wireless microphones.

Amphitheater

Our large outdoor amphitheater is perfect for movie nights and outdoor sessions. It features a HD screen, and a full AV system equipped with wireless microphones.

Pavilion

Our large pavilion offers a beautiful covered outdoor meeting option right at the lakefront. It features a large projector screen and AV system.

Waterfront and Boats

Always staffed with life guards for your safety, activities such as Blob, water trampoline, jumping off the dock, water games, and free swim make this our most popular area.

Ropes Course and Climbing Tower

Our certified staff will take you to the new heights on our high ropes course. Featuring both teams and individual elements, the ropes course is a great way to challenge participants. We also offer a zip line, and 50 foot climbing tower.

Land Activities

We offer traditional camp activities that include, but are not limited to: archery, arts & crafts, athletic field, basketball court, beach volleyball, hammocks, outdoor cooking, and yard games.

Meals take place in our beautiful dining hall. Your meals will be catered buffet style. We have found this gives us the best variety of menu choices and quick service to the tables. The food is prepared by professionals who try care about a top notch meal experience for kids and adults. Healthy and vegetarian options are offered at each meal. We will give you a suggested menu in advance and get your input on the finalized menu that best serves your group. Please communicate any special dietary needs at least 14 days prior to your group's arrival.
